Refund and Returns Policy

At SharpUpCiteino, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund and returns policy to ensure peace of mind.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a supercar within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The vehicle has not been driven more than 100 miles from the delivery point.
- The vehicle is in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no modifications, damages, or alterations.
- You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Customizations and special orders are non-returnable.
2. Process for Returns
To return a vehicle, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@sharpupciteino.com or call 302-313-0414 to initiate a return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions for shipping the vehicle back to our facility.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned vehicle, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- You will receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping and handling fees).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the return has been processed.
4. Shipping and Handling Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the vehicle, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If the vehicle you receive is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will:
- Arrange for the return shipment at no cost to you.
- Offer a replacement vehicle or a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of the vehicle.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Special order or customized vehicles.
- Vehicles that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different vehicle, you must return the original vehicle and place a new order.
8. Change of Mind
If you change your mind after purchasing, we will not accept the return unless the vehicle meets the criteria outlined above and the return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
9. Warranty Information
All vehicles come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which may cover repairs and services. Please refer to the warranty documentation for further details on coverage.
